Seth Twiright is a scientist of the Magic Kingdom Levianta. He asserts that he is the best, and he will go to no ends to seek his ambitions and see them come to fruition. Named as a Ghoul Child by Kirill Clockworker, he is the only one known to overcome the stigma and reach a high point of power and achieve relative success. However, it must be noted, when he does achieve success, something goes wrong soon after.

He had the Prophet Maria Moonlit removed from power and taken away, conspiring with the Senate. Adam Moonlit then used Eve Zvezda as the first candidate for Project『MA』, the project to save the country from destruction because of the disaster known as Sin. However, Cain and Abel, the twin children Eve would have given birth to, were stillborn because of Adam's use of Venom. Seth seized their fleeing the country as a chance to finally chase his own ambitions, and took over Project『MA』 in Adam's place.

He chose Meta Salmhofer for his first project. Once more conspiring with the Senate, he had her punished for the murder of Cain and Abel. When she was awaiting execution, Seth offered her freedom if she would become his guinea pig. And so she did, and a set of twins were born. However, soon after, realizing she was a Ghoul Child, Meta fled with the twins. Numerous projects failed, either with no twins to be seen, more stillbirths, or the murder of the candidate. Everything came to a head with the last four candidates: Milki Eights, Li Lee, Elluka Chirkrassia and Irina Clockworker. The first two died, Milki in what appeared to be an accident, and Lee of an apparent suicide. Elluka was then murdered by Irina, her sister-in-law, who became the next official Mem Aleph attempt.

Everything went wrong, though, when Kirill Clockworker attempted to revive Elluka with Sin, thus bringing the very disaster that they all attempted to avoid. Seth had managed to survive, and brought a stuffed red cat to Irina's broken form...
